We want you to love your order. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: send us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send it back.
- Changed your mind: items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first for return instructions; please don't send items without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
- For hygiene reasons, used personal-care items (trimmers, face rollers, hair tools) can only be returned if defective.
