Shipping policy

Where we ship: Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of the European Union. Our heated neck & shoulder massager ships to Canada and the US only.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: usually 5–10 business days to Canada and the US, and 7–15 business days to the UK, Europe and Australia, after processing.

Shipping cost: free on orders over $49. Otherwise $4.95 (Canada & US) or $6.95 (UK, Europe & Australia).

Tracking: every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Multiple packages: if you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Duties & taxes: for most orders there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. In some cases local customs may charge import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or late orders: if your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email snugandco.help@gmail.com and we'll resend or refund it.
