Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send it back.

Changed your mind: items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first for return instructions, and please don't send items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

For hygiene reasons, used personal-care items (trimmers, face rollers, hair tools) can only be returned if defective.
