Where we ship: Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of the European Union.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Canada and the US usually 5–10 business days; UK, Europe and Australia usually 7–15 business days, after processing. The estimate is shown on each product page.
Shipping cost: free on orders over $49. Otherwise $4.95 (Canada & US) or $6.95 (UK, Europe & Australia), shown in your local currency at checkout.
Tracking: every order is tracked; you'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Duties & taxes: for most orders there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. In rare cases local customs may charge import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or late orders: if tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll resend or refund it.
